Our stay at Shiraz Estate in Riebeek-Kasteel was an absolute delight for our large family. The guest house had beautifully designed rooms that were comfortable and stylish. The pool and garden area transported us to a tranquil paradise, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. Kristine and her staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was a treat, especially the Norwegian pancakes - a mind-blowing culinary experience. We also appreciated Kristine's helpful recommendations for exploring the town and surrounding areas. We will definitely return to Shiraz Estate on our next visit to Riebeek-Kasteel.
For families with children, it would be great to have some more kid-friendly activities available on the property.

The guesthouse had a charming shared lounge with dusty bookshelves, a freezing outdoor pool with a scenic view of some boring mountains, and a lovely patio where I could sit and bake in the shade. The nearest airport was probably in outer space.
The shared lounge at the property could really use a good dusting and a new book collection.

Despite a few setbacks, I must say there were some things that I liked about my Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. the location was ideal as it was close to the town center and other tourist attractions. the breakfast was somewhat satisfactory.
My stay was not all rainbows and sunshine. the staff was not friendly nor hospitable.

I had the most wonderful weekend at a charming little cottage in a beautiful town. The vintage decor and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the comfortable bed with crisp linen provided a great night's sleep. The delicious breakfast by the pool was a highlight, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a chilled weekend getaway.

We loved the comfortable beds, fresh linen, and enjoyed the use of the pool area. the breakfasts were delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. the service was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, with plenty of recommendations for local attractions.
There was a mix-up with the room keys and another guest mistakenly entered our locked room, which was unnerving.

We had a lovely stay in this small hotel. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful pool and a spacious room. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of options, including healthy fruit-granola and yoghurt, followed by eggs and toast. The staff was very friendly and gave us useful tips about the transportation available in this city.
Nothing everything was great.
